It has come to our attention in recent weeks that we have had a name clash with a radio show that is currently on Goonbag radio. The radio show is known as 'Rhythm & Poetry' and airs on Monday nights at 9.30 PM (hell of a coincidence, right)
Out of respect for Goonbag Radio, Ruxton (the owner of the 'Rhythm & Poetry' show) and all the hard work they've put into the show and their brand over the last 4 years we have decided to change the name of our Monday open mic night and re-brand it completely. So our night will no longer be known as 'Rhythm and Poetry'. The new name for the Monday night open mic is 'THATS A RAP'. We will have stickers and t shirts for all our regulars once our brand is in full motion! besides the name absolutely everything is the same :-) so come down this Monday and get involved in the best freestyle night Melbourne has to offer!
